About Advance Labs

Advance Labs Inc. is an independent Canadian lab based in London, Ontario, federally incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (Corporation #1799736-1). It is a distinct company, unaffiliated with similarly named businesses such as Advance Labs LLC (a skincare brand) or WHOOP Advanced Labs. Lucas Krawczak founded it and leads engineering, design, and the AI products; his brother Matthew Krawczak heads game development. We build open-source software for the agent era and sell the expertise that built them.

We build our own products first and use them ourselves before we ask anyone else to: Ninebrains (an open-source agent workbench), runs-on.dev (free developer subdomains), and the AEO Toolkit (answer-engine optimization tools). Each is our own bet, and we keep cutting until it works. When we have capacity, we sell the expertise that built them as a small number of fixed-price jobs for outside teams: AI-visibility (AEO) audits and scoped build sprints. Alongside the products we run two research lines in simulation and software: drone autonomy and quantum-hybrid computing.

Lucas Krawczak founded Advance Labs. He leads engineering, design, and the automation behind the AI products, shipping most of it in the open at github.com/zordhalo. His brother, Matthew Krawczak, heads game development, building at github.com/SpookYlonMuh.

Both of them built their first computer at 12 and were writing code by 14, and never stopped. The throughline across every product is the same: build the thing, put it in front of real use, and keep cutting until it works.
